Journey To Skinny Day 14: Reward Changes

Hey Guys! Hows everything? 
I’m just doing okay here. I have been waaay too lazy to be tracking my caloric intake this week. Mainly because what I eat is not usually available in the Western Trackers that I use. If you know what I mean at least. I am in China, and the trackers i use are all American Based. So the food is different. I can only give basic estimates on my caloric intake.
I have been pondering a lot lately on why it is always harder the second time around in weight loss specially after succeeding previously. I know some if not most of you have been through or are going through the same thing. I think its just a matter of finding something that truly motivates us to really get up and do it. 
I have to admit I am finding it hard to find that motivation all over again. 
But anyway.  
I was looking over my Goals and Rewards and I feel like I don’t even care about them at all because I know I can get them any day and also i know that I don’t really want them with as much GUSTO as I used to. So I was thinking of revising it a little. 
Highest weight: 150lbs
Starting Weight: 147lbs
Current Weight: 139lbs   137lbs

So there you have it. I think this motivates me more than my old one and I think this is more interesting than the previous rewards I had. Don’t you think?

Frisbee

Acrobatics - yes I can do some ^_^
playing and enjoying the picnic
Journal:
Hey guys! Well i totally screwed it today LoL! I was planning on fasting but I totally forgot about our easter picnic. So yeah you can probably already imagine.
I started the day with some healthy snacking on some cherry tomatoes and arroz alacubana for late breakfast. Then… better yet I will just show you what I snacked on on the way to the park
Then when I got to the park, we unloaded the sinful goodies

So yeah I felt like an uncontrollable fattie. But none-the-less, I am not going to let this slip up ruin my day. Because technically, I did do a lot of activities that would have (should have) burned up all those junk that I ate (LoL Excuses). I want to keep a positive attitude because I know that complaining and beating myself up will just make me unhappier about it all. A lessons I have learned in my weight loss journey is that, when you stumble through the process, don’t wade in the despair that it is making you feel, but instead pick yourself right up and do something about it. This way your journey will not stop on the account of one stumbling block and in turn you will be closer to your goal than you were before. So to sum up the day. Here is another photo of myself. (I am feeling rather vain today).
