Yet another day in the life of a Thinspirational Journey blogger. The weather was just drear. I wanted to go out to do some Parkour training but instead I got stuck here….
Anyway, How is everybody doing? I hope ya’ll doing fine. I have been really preoccupied lately with a lot of stuff. Mainly dance and what not. and also organizing my room and the little knick knacks in it. I have nothing interesting to say right now.. Hey guys! Sup? I don’t remember what I had today. LoL. I think mainly because I was so preoccupied with a lot of other things. ^-^
Anyway, my body is so sore still but I know its because I really worked out hard. No Pain No Gail as they say right?
So today and last night I have been busy making some photo tips to post here. Im looking to be done with it this week. Well at least some parts of it at least, Oh and also a giveaway is soon I’m just having a little trouble with the graphics, but stay tuned okay?
Nothing really special today.
I just want to share with you how much I really want to dye my hair in techni-colors. You see, I really love the Scene hair styles. Back when my side fringe was still short I was able to tease my hair into a somewhat scene-y hair, but I was doing this back in the Philippines. Due to the extreme humidity, my hair deflates so fast despite the amount of mousse or hairspray I used. Now that I’m in Beijing, I was able to get my hands on some TIGI products and I’m really excited to try to style my hair here. But I need my hair cut first and I need a new teasing comb and flat iron. :P
I want to bleach parts of my hair and dye parts of the bleached areas pink and bright red. But I’m too scared because I have dark brown hair. So moving from dark brown to bleach blonde is a HUGE leap. I’ve had bright red hair back then but its different from BLONDE.
But on my 2nd goal weight, when I reach it I AM GOING TO DYE MY HAIR INSANELY! ^-^

Journey to Skinny Day 25: Jazz X Parkour

Okay I have been super lazy in counting my calories, because more often than not I can’t really find it on myfitnesspal because they don’t really have a lot of chinese food in their database. So I’m not going to strictly count calories. But I can estimate how much calories I ate today. I know I probably reached 1000 calories of food intake, but hours and hours of Dance and not to mention Parkour training is a ton of burned calories. right?
My body is so sore right now but it was so worth it. I love this feeling of a worked out sore body. But man was I dizzy while during dance class, basically because I was not able to have lunch. Mainly because I had a late breakfast. ^-^ I don’t know what song it was we did today in dance class, but yeah Tiffany (our instructor) was really hard on us. She made us hold certain odd poses for a long time.
I wonder if I will even be good at dancing. My sister is an amazing dancer. A Natural at it. I used to dance too when I was younger, but ever since my bust size grew, it started to hurt to dance. But back then I did not know about Jazz. I know for a fact that HipHop is out of my league. To many jumping and shaking and all that stuff. So I am just going to stick to Jazz, then when I feel like I can move faster and keep up with the level of energy in that class I’m going to go to the MV dance class.
So yeah, I’m really happy and motivated because I have an active hobby now. Something to really look forward to every weekend.
Oh guess what, My collar bones are starting to get visible! SQUEEEE. So inspiring! (random blurb)
Anyway, tomorrow morning I’m going to start working on my flexibility and also condition my knees and wrists. So looks like I have to work on my hand stand (which I can do). I want to be able to to a hand stand without having to have a wall supporting me. :P
Anyway, Do you have an active hobby? If yes, I’d like to know what it is and if you really like it.

Journey To Skinny Day 24: Dance Till The World Ends

Okay, Dance class was AMAZING! I swear! i did Jazz at 1pm then MV (Music Video) at 4pm. It was so incredible!!!! Even if it was impossible to understand because it was in chinese, Our Jazz teacher was so good! She is just spectacular.
For jazz we learned “Dance Till The World Ends” - It was so cool. I like it a lot better than hip hop because its easier. to keep up with. Plus Its a bit sexy with all the hip swaying and all the hair tossing.
^-^
Then MV Dance class was so cute LoL! We did, I’m not Myself Tonight. And it was insane! I felt so stupid doing all those sexy dance moves, I was looking at myself in the mirror while dancing and I felt like I was just too big and clumsy for that class. Oh and our teacher for MV is frikking TINY. Tiny waist, tiny hips, tiny hair, tiny everything but she is so cute because she has pinkish hair with blond streaks. Waaahhh. But she was really nice.
Tomorrow I have Jazz and MV Again. I don’t think I’ll be gunning for HipHop. Its just not my thing. My boobs are waay too big for it plus it hurts when we do those sudden jerking motions. ***sigh** I hate having big boobs. So Jazz is just oerfect for now because the motions are all very fluid and non-jarring.
So yeah. Im excited for tomorrow’s class.
Maybe one of these days when I’m getting better at dancing I will post a video or a photo of me in dance class. ^-^

I know I know it was a very very lazy post of my food intake. I just didn’t feel like really figuring out how much I had today, but blah whatever.
Anyway, I feel so good inside because I just found out that I have influenced even some of my old friends from before into starting their own weight loss journey. I received a mail from an old friend of mine saying that I really inspired her. When I read it butterflies were fluttering about in my stomach. Its times like these when I get really really super duper MEGA motivated to proceed in my weight loss regime. Its so inspiring when someone is inspired by your efforts. :)
Which brings me to start a blogroll. Now that I am faithfully following a couple of weight loss blogs that I absolutely adore!

Journey To Skinny Day 21: Breakfast Routine?

Day 21! :P 3 weeks into my Journey to Skinny 2012. And I’m pretty pleased with my results so far. It was a bumpy start because I was having a hard time in getting out of the bad eating habits for the 3rd time. Now I think I’ve adjusted quite a bit.
Something I noticed is that, if you have a breakfast routine, its easier to manage eating habits through out the entire day. If you guys noticed I always have the same sort of thing in the mornings, Cheerios and egg. I know most of you will cringe on the cheerios, but its not actually that bad. Its Breakfast and it really good for you. I should probably write an article on this sometime during this day. Because I know it helped me a lot to can unnecessary cravings. :P

Journey to Skinny Day 20: Goal Weight #1 Achieved!

Hey guys! Goal Weight #1 has been achieved! I am so happy right now. I weighed myself this morning and I was so stoked to see that the scale read 135! Thank goodness. Finally all the refraining from eating Junk and what not is paying off. Plus the fact that I am stoked on dancing is another thing. I am more motivated to move and to dance my butt off. Of course with the help of my awesome sister. :P
Yes I have a younger sister who is also in her own journey. She is into Fitspiration and I think its really nice because I kinda influenced her into leading a healthier lifestyle.
Anyway, So as it says in my STATS GOALS and REWARDS, my reward for reaching my first goal weight is a haircut! I’m so happy, I have been wanting this hair cut for ages. And now I can finally have one.
I’m going to try the salon at 3.3 Mall in Sanlitun. Its a TIGI salon and the place looks absolutely stunning! I want to see how good they are there and if they are worth the money they are charging. I’m very particular about who cuts my hair because it takes a long time to grow out an awfully cut hair right?
So anyway, I just wanted to share that with you all. I am keeping this post short to spare you all from my constant ramblings. So as usual here is our 10 thinspo photos for the day. I hope you enjoy them!

Hey guys! Im sorry I posted a little later today, I was not aware that we had a field trip today at the Botanical Garden. Yeap. My employer failed to inform me. So my usual routine was messed up. But I will try to catch up.
I just wanted to announce something to all my beautiful readers.
Thinspirational Journey has now reached a MILESTONE!
As of this minute, we now have a total of 1,200++ Followers! I know for some this is a small number but for me this is something I could never imagine! I’d never thought that a personal weight loss blog such as this would gain any followers at all.
I can’t begin to express how happy I am right now and how truly inspiring it is. Most of everyone has been very supportive and encouraging. There might be some who would leave a few “comments” here and there but as I stated in my Disclaimer and earlier posts, that rudeness will be ignored and deleted.
But anyway, Because of this milestone, it is about time for me to give back again to my readers. So stay tuned because a giveaway will be held real soon!
Again I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all the people who has seen me through this weight loss journey. It has been a very bumpy road (Too bumpy for comfort) but knowing that you are there whenever I slip up or mess up is really a wonderful thing for me.

Hey guys! Its me again. Today I went to the trail dance class at the S.D.T. Dance. And I have to say it was DOPE! The teacher was such a great dancer. She taught us well. And I just realized that I was more flexible than I recently thought.
We danced to this song by Nicky Minaj. But I’m not exactly sure which one it was because it was a mix of “Did it on ‘em” and “Terminator” so if you guys know the exact title to that song please leave a comment below stating the possible title of this song and also if you find a link of it on youtube or wherever leave it in the comments below. I have been up all night trying to look for that song. :( I’m not a real Nicky Minaj fan because of her explicit music, but for the sake of dance… then I will have to listen to some of it.
After class I decided to enroll! So now I have something to look forward to every weekend afternoon!
Oh and here is a newsflash! I lost another pound over the weekend! I am now 136lbs!! I am one lb away from my Goal weight #1! And we know what that means!??? HAIRCUT! sweet! I need a haircut so badly. But I have to work for it. So hopefully by the end of the week I can lose that 1lb and get a haircut after dance class. :P
But it all really depends.
I have never felt more inspired since I arrived here in Beijing.
Whenever I am inspired, I am able to lose weight much faster than when I am not.
